Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Spectra Paint and Color – Paint & Color application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spectra Paint and Color ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Use of the App by anyone under 13 requires parental or guardian consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Spectra Paint and Color offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks premium features. The following plans are available:
Prices are in USD and may vary by country. The exact price is displayed in the App before purchase.
Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed in the App before you subscribe. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial period, and payment will be charged to your account unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current period, except where required by law.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App to recover your subscription. You must use the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants Pro access for the lifetime of the App. It does not auto-renew.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain full ownership of any artwork you create using the App. All artwork is stored locally on your device. We do not claim any rights to your creations.
When you export or share artwork, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source images or content incorporated into your work.
The App, including its design, graphics, coloring page templates, code, and branding, is owned by Spectra Paint and Color and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The coloring page templates included in the App are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that artwork or projects will be preserved indefinitely, and strongly recommend regular backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectra Paint and Color shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple and Google have no other warranty obligations. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
