Privacy Policy

Spectra Paint and Color ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our mobile application Spectra Paint and Color – Paint & Color (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Spectra Paint and Color does not require you to create an account. All artwork, projects, and color palettes are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

1.2 Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions only when you choose to use the relevant feature:

• Photo Library – to save your artwork to your Photos app and to import photos for coloring.
• Camera – to take photos directly within the App for use as coloring references.

You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device's Settings. Revoking a permission disables the corresponding feature but does not affect your saved artwork.

1.3 Purchase & Subscription Data (RevenueCat)

If you purchase a Pro subscription, the App uses RevenueCat to process and manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:

• A pseudonymous App User ID (generated automatically, not tied to your personal identity)
• Purchase receipts and subscription status provided by Apple App Store or Google Play
• App version and platform (iOS/Android)

RevenueCat does not collect your name, email, or payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for full details.

1.4 Crash Reports & Analytics

The App does not currently integrate third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs beyond what is included by default in the Expo/React Native framework. Apple and Google may collect anonymised diagnostic data subject to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

The limited data described above is used solely to:

• Deliver and maintain the App's features
• Verify and restore your Pro subscription across devices
• Provide customer support when you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only:

• With RevenueCat for subscription management (see Section 1.3)
• With Apple / Google for payment processing and app distribution
• If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users

4. Data Storage & Security

All artwork, project files, and settings are stored locally on your device using the device's secure storage. We do not operate cloud servers that store your artwork. You are responsible for backing up your device data.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data processed through RevenueCat, in accordance with RevenueCat's security standards.

5. Children's Privacy

Spectra Paint and Color is suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). Because no account creation or personal data submission is required, the App can be safely used by children under parental supervision. 6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Because we store no personal data on our own servers (artwork is local; purchase data is held by RevenueCat and Apple/Google), most requests can be addressed by:

• Deleting the App from your device (removes all local data)
• Contacting Apple or Google to manage App Store purchase history
• Emailing us at info@alpiaal.com for any RevenueCat-related data requests

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact info@alpiaal.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
