SpaceSight24 is a mobile application that provides:

• Real-time satellite tracking and visualization
• Augmented reality (AR) satellite viewing
• Space event notifications and information
• Educational content about satellites and space
• Premium subscription features for enhanced functionality

Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal

• Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in Apple App Store account settings

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime through Apple App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Access to premium features continues until subscription expires

Permitted Use

Acceptable Use

You may use SpaceSight24 for:

• Personal, non-commercial satellite tracking and education
• Learning about satellites and space exploration
• Entertainment and hobby astronomy purposes
• Educational activities and presentations

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the app for navigation or safety-critical purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Important Disclaimers

Accuracy Disclaimer

• Satellite tracking data is for entertainment and educational purposes only
• Satellite positions are calculated estimates and may contain errors
• Weather and atmospheric conditions may affect accuracy
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

• SpaceSight24 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for damages arising from app use
• Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Privacy and Data

• We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Location access required for core satellite tracking functionality
• Camera access required for AR features
• We collect minimal data only for core app functionality
• No analytics or user behavior tracking is performed
• Your data is never shared with third parties

Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years old
• Users under 18 need parental consent
• Parents are responsible for monitoring children's app usage

Updates and Changes

App Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality and security
• Updates may be required to continue using the app
• New features may be added to existing subscription tiers

Terms Changes

• These Terms may be updated periodically

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

Account Termination
