By downloading, installing, or using Shift Tracker: Work Schedule ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Shift Tracker: Work Schedule is a mobile application designed for shift workers to manage their work schedules, track earnings, set reminders, and organize their professional lives. The app provides tools for calendar management, time tracking, earnings calculation, and shift pattern recognition.

Some features of the App require a premium subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The App provides earnings calculation tools, but these are estimates based on information you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy of tax calculations, overtime determinations, or any financial decisions made using the App. Always consult with qualified professionals for financial and tax advice.
The App can send notifications for shift reminders. You can control notification settings in your device settings. We are not liable for missed shifts due to notification failures or device issues.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed work opportunities or financial losses.
The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update the App and these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alpiaal Services Ltd operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
