By downloading, installing, or using PDF Converter: Scan & Edit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PDF Converter: Scan & Edit is a mobile application that allows users to scan documents, convert images to PDFs, perform OCR text recognition, and organize documents. All processing is done locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you scan and create using the App
• You must not use the App for any illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions in your device settings

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Alpiaal Services Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
