The App includes features such as AI-powered food recognition, growth chart analysis using WHO/CDC standards, milestone tracking, and secure data synchronization across devices.

Age Requirements and Parental Responsibility

NurtureIQ is designed for use by parents and caregivers to track children's development. By using the App, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App
• You are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the children whose data you enter
• You have the right to make decisions about the children's data being tracked
• You will use the App responsibly and in the best interest of the children

Data and Privacy Responsibilities

When using NurtureIQ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your child's development
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized persons
• Respect the privacy of your children and not share their data inappropriately
• Use the offline and sync features responsibly

NurtureIQ is designed for tracking and informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Growth charts, milestone tracking, and developmental insights are for informational purposes only. AI Features and Accuracy

NurtureIQ includes AI-powered features such as food recognition and developmental insights. While we strive for accuracy, these features are provided "as is" and should not replace your judgment as a parent or professional medical advice. Always verify AI-generated information and use your discretion.

Guest Mode and Account Features

NurtureIQ offers both guest mode and registered user accounts. Guest mode provides limited functionality (one child) with local storage only. Registered accounts offer full features including multi-child tracking, cloud sync, and enhanced security. You may switch from guest mode to a registered account at any time.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use NurtureIQ to:

• Enter false or misleading information about children
• Track children without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the App's security or functionality

Data Ownership and Control

You retain ownership of all data you input into NurtureIQ. You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time through the App's settings. We provide tools for data management and respect your control over your family's information.

Updates and Service Changes

We may update NurtureIQ periodically to add new features, improve performance, or enhance security. We may also modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

Limitation of Liability

Alpiaal provides NurtureIQ "as is" and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App. This includes but is not limited to any decisions made based on the App's tracking data, AI insights, or developmental information. Use the App as a supportive tool alongside professional guidance.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including algorithms, growth charts, milestone databases, design, and code, are the property of Alpiaal and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your input data remains your property while using our platform.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data, and we will delete your account information according to our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy. We also comply with applicable privacy laws in users' jurisdictions, including GDPR and similar regulations.
